Through retrospective and cross-sectional analysis, hospitals were grouped according to their operational and service delivery profiles, enabling meaningful benchmarking across institutions. The model identified performance patterns, highlighted similarities and differences among hospitals, and generated actionable metrics to support strategic decision-making.
By combining clustering methodologies with performance monitoring indicators, the project established the foundation for an early warning system capable of detecting emerging risks, operational inefficiencies, and performance deviations. This approach enabled healthcare stakeholders to align resources, optimize service delivery, and make more informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
