A comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate knowledge levels, attitudes, and behavioral patterns related to nutrition and physical activity in alignment with the World Health Organization’s key public health objectives.
By examining the Knowledge–Attitude–Behavior (KAB) continuum, the project identified awareness gaps, misconceptions, and behavioral barriers influencing healthier lifestyle choices. The findings provided evidence-based insights to support the development of targeted interventions, communication strategies, and public health initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable behavior change.
